Clemont "Clem" L. Johnson is President/Managing Partner of HR Business Solutions, LLC. Clem is a former Snelling Staffing Services franchise owner who matched companies with potential employees, specializing in Light Industrial/Office Services and Professional positions. He brings more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources.

Prior to his business, Clem served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for OFS (Furukawa Electric Company, formerly Lucent Technologies) for eight years, where he established the human resources vision and overall strategic direction for nine domestic and international locations, as well as designing and leading corporate-wide change and initiatives. Prior to Lucent Technologies, he established his human resources career in senior management positions with two other Fortune 50 companies, ExxonMobil and International Paper.

Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Alcorn State University and an MBA from the University of Southern MS. He completed additional studies at Northeastern University.

Mary Knatt has 15 years' experience discovering prime areas of opportunity and career leverage for diverse candidates in the top 1% of marketplace talent. As a Professional Resume Consultant, Mary has the capability to craft Professional Summary Presentations that have consistently opened doors of opportunity from Mid-Management to C-Suite. She acquired high-volume business with companies in especially hard-to-fill niche markets where an advanced level technical skill set in Human Resources, Manufacturing Operations, Sales & Marketing, or Finance Management were "must-have" requirements. Mary has a passion for meeting people in the business community through active participation in networking events across the country and thus has an unparalleled network of contacts. Mary is currently focused on building valued partnerships in the Cannabis industry in order to connect professionals to management or executive opportunities. She has a passion for Atlanta community involvement through local mission projects and is also an avid Atlanta Falcons fan.

Alberta Lloyd has worked in the Human Resources area for more than 33 years with Coleman Management Consultants, Inc. Over the years she has provided services such as designing and delivering specialized training for women and/or minority professionals, diversity awareness and skills training, and personal empowerment training for executives.

Jasen has extensive experience in recruiting for the following industries: Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Sales, and Finance. He is extremely talented and successful in matching the right individual to the right opportunity. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from American InterContinental University as well as his Master's Degree with concentration in Human Resource Management and Marketing. He later worked as a Student Advisor responsible for the academic and professional careers of hundreds of students in the metro Atlanta area, and held lectures at American Intercontinental University and Morehouse College on job placement, resume writing, networking, and self-defining professionalism. This Air Force veteran, father, and community leader continues to mentor those in need, attending career fairs at Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Michigan State, Morehouse College, and Duke University. He is also an active volunteer with the American Red Cross, Atlanta Civic Center, Bank of America, and Hands on Georgia.
