Clemont “Clem” L. Johnson is President/Managing Partner of HR Business Solutions, LLC. Clem is a former Snelling Staffing Services franchise owner who matched companies with potential employees, specializing in Light Industrial/Office Services and Professional positions. He brings more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources.
Prior to his business, Clem served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for OFS (Furukawa Electric Company, formerly Lucent Technologies) for eight years, where he established the human resources vision and overall strategic direction for nine domestic and international locations, as well as designing and leading corporate-wide change and initiatives. Prior to Lucent Technologies, he established his human resources career in senior management positions with two other Fortune 50 companies, ExxonMobil and International Paper. He worked diligently to understand what it takes to match the “right person to the right job”. His expertise, background, and longevity in the industry enables him to assist clients with all their HR needs.
Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Alcorn State University and an MBA from the University of Southern MS. He completed additional studies at Northeastern University.

Alberta Lloyd
Consultant
Alberta Lloyd has worked in the Human Resources area for more than 33 years with Coleman Management Consultants, Inc. Over the years she has provided services such as designing and delivering specialized training for women and/or minority professionals, diversity awareness and skills training, personal empowerment training for executives, managers, and members of the general employee population, trained internal trainers, and conducted public courses, among other offerings. Prior to working with CMC, Alberta worked for both international and domestic consulting firms in New York.
Lloyd is very active in the community, serving on numerous boards and committees for organizations such as the United Way of Metro Atlanta, USO Atlanta, American Society of Training and Development, Peachtree Corners Jaycees, and the Atlanta Housing Authority.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Hunter College in New York and her MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta. She has served as an Adjunct Professor for Mercer University and Visiting Professor for DeVry University (undergraduate) and Keller Graduate School of Management (graduate) teaching courses in the Human Resources curriculum.
Pat Schulz
Consultant
Pat J. Schulz has 25 years business experience, which includes financial operations management, training and development, performance management, quality process improvement, internal audit controls, operational and regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, project planning, end-user business systems implementation and cultural diversity initiatives. During the course of her career, she has worked in the insurance, commercial property management, publishing, and retail industries.
Schulz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro and obtained post-graduate studies at UNC-Charlotte in Psychology. She is Quality Leadership Management Systems certified from the Phillip Crosby Quality Management School, certified in Behavior Analytics, and is a Focus on Leadership graduate.
Aside from her corporate career, Schulz is accomplished in the areas of community service leadership, publishing, and public speaking. She is a published author of two books, Making Sweet Lemonade (2007) and Metamorphosis: A Life Journey (1996), and also received recognition from former President Bill Clinton for her contributions on the SBA Regional Roundtable to benefit tax reform.
Jasen Hayes

Jasen Hayes is a Senior Talent Acquisition/Talent Management professional. He has served as Senior Talent Recruiter with several major national corporations. He also has extensive experience in recruiting for the following industries: Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Sales, and Finance. Jasen is extremely talented and successful in matching the right individual to the right opportunity.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from American InterContinental University as well as his Master’s Degree with concentration in Human Resource Management and Marketing. While at the university Jasen was able to utilize his degree and training in the Air Force to assist the university in its marketing efforts. He was later offered a full-time position by the university working as a Student Advisor and was responsible for the academic and professional careers of hundreds of students in the metro Atlanta area. In addition to advising them academically, he also held lectures at American Intercontinental University and Morehouse College on job placement, resume writing, networking, and self-defining professionalism.
Through the years, this Air Force veteran, father, and community leader continues to mentor those in need of his service, in order to give back to the community. He attends career fairs across the country to include universities such as Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Michigan State, Morehouse College, and Duke University. He is also an active volunteer with the American Red Cross, Atlanta Civic Center, Bank of America, and Hands on Georgia.
